When should I book my stay?
As soon as possible. The sooner you book the more likely the resort can accommodate to any of your requests while maintaining our room block rate.
What is Tommy Bahama Formal?
For men, short sleeve button-downs/Hawaiians encouraged, tie highly optional. We do ask that you wear long pants and closed toed shoes.
For women, sundresses and sandals.
What if the room I want is not available?
No problem! We have a room block for specific room types, but if you book early our travel agent Crissy can work with the resort to try to secure a room type at our block rate
What is the minimum number of nights to stay?
The baseline minimum to book is 3 nights.
What if I want to stay longer than what is available?
If you have any issues booking additional nights through our booking website link, please reach out to Crissy and she can assist you!
Do i need a passport?
Yes and make sure it's not set to expire within 6 months of your travel date.
What additional activities are planned?
None, enjoy your vacation as your heart desires!

Can I stay at the sister resort? (Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall)
Yes. The Hyatt Ziva is the family-friendly side, and the resorts are adjacent with seamless access between them for adults. Children are not permitted on the Zilara side of the resort.
Can I stay at a different resort?
Yes, but you will only have access to the Hyatt property during the wedding activities on May 1.
What is included during the stay?
Hyatt Zilara is an all-inclusive resort including food and drink (including alcohol). Also includes access to all areas on the Hyatt Ziva side of the resort.
What is the cost to stay at the resort?
Use the link on the Resort & Reservations page to explore our room block pricing based on your room choice and number of nights. Baseline pricing for a King (or double) room is $418/person for single occupancy, $240/person for double occupancy, and $158.00/person for triple occupancy.
Do I need travel insurance?
No but it is encouraged. There is an option to add travel insurance to your trip at the time of booking, please see additional information at the bottom of the page under Resort & Reservations.
Can I use a different transportation to/from the airport to resort?
Yes! You do not have to use Reggae Tours, although we do encourage it as Crissy will handle most of the arrangements for you and we have had good experiences in the past with this company.
How do i contact Crissy?
